Photographer’s insight: once the races were over and after the podium – with no champagne drops ’cause in Qatar they don’t use it-  we stopped in the pit lane to talk about the great duel between Vale and Marc during the just ended race. After a few comments, we came back  to begin submitting podium photos and in that moment I heard some bottlerockets. I went out once again on the pit lane and … fireworks. I immediately looked for the right position, some changes in the camera setting in order to get a good shot (and of course it was made in a sudden freehand …) with an acceptable aperture ratio time and click …

Technical Data:
Camera: Nikon D4
Focal Length: 70/2000mm freehand
1/2.5 of a second
Aperture Diaphragm: 2,8

Weather Conditions: It was obviously a very dark sky!
